MUAY THAI

Bone is stronger than steel pound for pound - Muay Thai @ XStudio

Muay Thai – or Thai kick boxing - is XStudio’s flagship class. In the ring, students practise their jabs and kicks. The instructor monitors the sparring students nearby. Others start punching on the bags.

Each hour-long Muay Thai session (group or one-on-one basis) is an intensive workout regime that caters to your personal fitness needs. Whether you’re looking for cardio workouts to improve stamina and endurance,or to lose that extra fat and learn self-defence skills at the same time, XStudio lets you achieve the results you want.

Our students keep coming back for more because XStudio is addictive. Blame it on the adrenaline and the endorphins after each rigorous and satisfying session. XStudio’s raw and energetic vibe is enhanced by the friendly and welcoming environment.

Our instructors are passionate about what they do, so let them rub off some of their drive and motivation on you. The smiles of instructors and students will always welcome you to our humble space –you won’t be able to meet a more diverse and fun bunch anywhere else.

We’re also making sure the right to a healthy lifestyle is accessible to all. There’s no uniform, no age limit, no gender difference... so do bring yourself, your kids, and even your grandma.

And you don’t have to burn a hole in your pocket to get into shape because XStudio’s fees are the lowest in town.

But don’t just take our word for it.

"What I like most about the Muay Thai classes is that you really sweat it out compared with other workout like yoga. You definitely learn to tough up too. Since I joined three months ago I noticed that I've shed a few kilos."

“The main reason I learnt Muay Thai is for me to keep fit! I am now free of medication which I had to take to control my high cholesterol. I feel healthier now unlike when I was not attending this class. Muay Thai uses every part of the body as a weapon. Moreover, it has no 'katas' to learn. To be able to punch and kick the correct way certainly cuts short the time to maim your assailant in a self-defence situation."
